The power is back on for most Nova Scotians after a windy winter storm swept through the region.
The blast of winter weather knocked out the electricity to over 72,000 homes and businesses at the storm’s peak.
Close to 40,000 customers were still without power on Saturday morning.

Environment Canada says the nor’easter dumped up to 40 cms of wet snow on parts of our province, with wind gusts between 70-100 km per hour.
Nova Scotia Power crews were still working to put the lights back on Sunday in Granville Ferry, Annapolis, and Digby County.
Just 187 customers remained without power at around 7 a.m. on Monday in scattered outages.
