The suspect of an emergency alert issued in Indian Brook turned herself in and has been released.
RCMP say there isn’t enough evidence a crime was committed.
An emergency alert was issued last night after a firearms complaint in Indian Brook.
RCMP say they responded to a report of an armed person inside a home.
Later, they tweeted details of the 27-year-old suspect, and said she was armed and likely on foot.
There were no injuries at the home, and no evidence of a gun going off.
The alert reached Halifax, Colchester and East Hants, and was cancelled around 10 p.m.
