Another nor’easter is on its way.
A winter storm warning is in effect for most of Nova Scotia.
Environment Canada says up to 25 centimetres could fall in counties along the Atlantic coast.
Meteorologist Ian Hubbard says most of the snow will fall late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
“This low is going to be staying south of Nova Scotia, and the highest snowfall amounts will be along that coast from Yarmouth to Sydney,” said Hubbard.
It will also be windy, with gusts up to 80 kilometres an hour.
Hubbard adds it won’t be like the last storm and won’t linger over the province for several days.
This adds to the 100-plus centimetres that fell in northeastern Nova Scotia earlier this month.
A local state of emergency just ended in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality on Sunday.
