My husband made a delicious roast dinner last night. As it was cooking, I thought to myself, “biscuits would be good with this.”
I’ve made biscuits in the past but they are very hit or miss for me. I’ve mentioned before how much I love my air fryer so I googled “can you make biscuits in the air fryer?” Sure enough, you can! That’s the thing about me and my air fryer. I love it. I think it’s amazing and EVERY time I discover I can make something else in it, I think it’s even MORE amazing.

Full disclosure: I didn’t have butter and used Becel, it didn’t matter. I also changed the sugar to Stevia.
The can it what I use to cut the dough – the holes in the top are for air flow, it works great!
