We are experiencing another beautiful fall in Nova Scotia. Today is the official opening of the Celtic Colours International Festival at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre. Celtic Colours is a festival that happens each year at this time and shows off Cape Breton to hundreds of tourists.
