A 21-year-old Windsor man is facing a number of charges after a fatal collision, last summer, in Windsor Forks.
RCMP say it was in August 2023, on Hwy 14 when two vehicles collided head on.
The two passengers in one of the vehicles died on scene, while the driver with serious injuries, was taken to hospital and arrested for showing signs of impairment.
He was released, but after an investigation, was arrested again last week.
The man is now facing ten charges include two counts of impaired driving causing death under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
He was due in court, Tuesday.
