A new jury has been selected after a mistrial was declared in the sexual assault case against five former World Junior hockey players.
According to reports, the judge overseeing the London court case made the decision Friday morning, but a publication ban is in place on the reason why.
The jury has nine women and five men, with two alternates.
The five players, Alex Formenton, Dillon Dube, Carter Hart, Michael McLeod and Cal Foote are charged with sexually assaulting a woman at a London hotel in the summer of 2018.
All entered a plea of not-guilty on Tuesday.
New trials are expected to start Monday.
