The early numbers are strong and more people are voting in advance of the August 17 election.
Elections Nova Scotia reports over 12,000 early votes have been cast and that’s three times the number compared to the same point in the last election (Day 19).
Nearly 10,000 ballots were filled out in person at continuous polls across the province.
Meantime, over 2,500 people have applied for write-in ballots.
