The member of Parliament for Cape Breton-Canso is kicking off his mobile offices again.
Mike Kelloway has been hosting mobile offices across the riding since getting elected in 2019… he says it’s the best way to have meetings with constituents since the area is so big.
Kelloway says, the goal is to engage with constituents who are sometimes two or three hours away from his office in Dominion.
He says, the mobile offices will continue throughout the sitting of parliament, which resumes on November 22. While Kelloway is in Ottawa, his staff will run the offices.
Mobile offices will take place at the following dates, times and locations:
- October 29th– St. Peter’s Lions Hall, St. Peter’s
- November 5th– La Pirogue, Cheticamp
- November 19th– Heatherton Community Centre, Heatherton
- December 3rd– Canso Lions Club, Canso
- December 16th– Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre, Port Hawkesbury
Constituents can call 1(866)282-0699 to make an appointment.
Public health guidelines such as masking, social distancing and cleaning will be followed.
