Former funeral director Joseph Curry appeared in Sydney Provincial Court this morning.
Curry had his funeral director license revoked back in February after a wrongful cremation took place at Forest Haven Memorial Gardens.
The Board of Registration of Embalmers and Funeral Directors held an inquiry on January 7th and passed down their decision on February 11th.
Curry plans to appeal the decision and will appear for his next hearing on August 31st.
