If you have ever scrolled videos on TikTok, you’ve heard the female voice that some videos use.
Turns out, it is a Canadian radio host from Kitchener!
Kat Callaghan is also a Podcaster and a voiceover artist. She made a TikTok, using her own voiceover, revealing her identity. That video blew up, getting over 2.2 million views.
Naturally, people on the internet were skeptical, so she made a follow-up video. If people weren’t convinced when she said “no, I’m not lying” I don’t know what else she can do to convince them!
Can you imagine scrolling through TikTok and hearing your own voice saying things that you never actually said! ?!?! Wild.
Kat says: “Sometimes, you make me say some pretty horrendous things. It’s pretty messed up, but I kinda think it’s funny. I don’t mind it at all. You’re probably sick of my voice. I’m sick of my voice.”

@voiceofkat For a long time I didn’t say a word. But … yes it’s me and yes I have an ongoing awesome relationship with the folks at TikTok. 🎉 The coolest part for me is watching the creativity & awesome content that people are putting out there using my voice. (Also oddly enough this is my first TikTok)
@voiceofkat Let’s see if this does it.
